Blender Tips

To adjust the geometry dimensions without changing the scale in Blender, you can follow these steps:

  1. Enter Edit Mode: Select your object and press Tab to enter Edit Mode.

  2. Scale the Geometry: Use the S key to scale the geometry to your desired dimensions. This will not affect the object's scale.

  3. Apply the Scale: If needed, you can apply the current scale to the object by pressing Ctrl+A and selecting "Scale" from the menu. This will reset the scale values to 1.0 while keeping the dimensions you set.

By scaling in Edit Mode, you ensure that the object's scale remains unchanged.
