To crop photos in Adobe Photoshop Elements while maintaining a specific aspect ratio, follow these steps:

Open Your Image:
- Launch Adobe Photoshop Elements and open the image you want to crop.

Select the Crop Tool:
- Click on the Crop Tool in the toolbar (shortcut: press ‘C’).

Choose Aspect Ratio:
- In the options bar at the bottom, you’ll see the Aspect Ratio dropdown.
- Select “Use Photo Ratio Ratio” from the dropdown menu.

Set Custom Aspect Ratio:
- Click and drag over your image to create a crop selection.
- While dragging, hold down the Shift key to maintain the original aspect ratio.
